"At MTG Stables we run a horse business, mainly in competition. We breed some jumping horses but focus mainly on young horses from 4 years up to horses that are at Grand Prix level. The young horses compete in young horse championships, are trained and developed. Some go on to be sold and some are saved for long-term production in the sport.
We constantly strive to have a whole in everything we do, from training, care, feed and the stable environment. Our horses spend a lot of time outside, but a large part of their time is spent inside the stables. Therefore, it is very important for us that we have a fresh and healthy indoor environment for the horses, but also for the staff. This is why we have chosen to use Q Stables products. Helena Gunnarssons Horse Clinic

The dust created major challenges for Helena Gunnarsson's Horse Clinic, but our products solved the problem and radically improved the indoor environment.

Helena Gunnarsson has worked as a equine vet since 2001, for eleven years she worked at Jägersro Horse Clinic and in 2019 she started her own business in Staffanstorp. She has renovated the building in beautiful light colors with plastered walls, put in new boxes, created examination rooms and put in an asphalt floor. While renovating the walls, much of the plaster ended up on the floor, and she soon discovered a major problem. Plaster, just like raw concrete floors, has a porous surface that releases dust with every friction.

Eklunda Stud Farm in Örebro is a family business that has been developed over 35 years by Lena and Benny Zeiloth. In recent years, the stud farm has been strengthened by Peder Zeiloth who rides, trains and competes the horses. Eklunda works with stallions, semen import, semen station, training, breeding and sales of mainly young horses. Among other things, the famous stallion Sir Oldenburg stands here.

"Like many other stables, we have a grooved concrete floor. It's great as the horses rarely slip, but terrible to sweep. It used to be so dusty that neither man nor horse could be in the stable while sweeping and one of my horses also developed hypersensitivity to dust and coughed a lot. Since the floor was treated with Stallgång, there is no dust at all and the floor is just as non-slip as before. Moreover, the horse has not coughed once since then!"

"Great to get away from the concrete dust!"
Bondskäret is a seaside nature reserve on the northern Uppland coast. Yvette Heimbrand lives there on a farm with her family. Almost four years ago, the old building with stables, barn and lodge burned to the ground. Today, a fine new building has been rebuilt on the same site. The wide brushed concrete stable aisle is treated with Q Stable Walkway and the other spaces with Q Stable Barn, to achieve optimal dust protection and a stable environment with good air quality.
