Impregnation that removes dust particles from concrete stable floors.
Walkway is an impregnation for concrete stable floors and is designed for stable aisles and tie-up areas. In many stables, the raw concrete is almost always left behind. An untreated concrete is a porous surface that emits dust with every friction. By applying Walkway, you save time behind the broom and you get a dust-free stable floor.
The product goes deep into the substrate and binds the dust, preventing dust particles from being pulled out of the concrete and floating in the air when you sweep your stable floor, for example. In addition to its fantastic anti-dust properties, the product also extends the life of your stable floor and helps to prevent spots and stains. You will also experience that the floor is easier to keep clean and the air quality in the stable will improve. The product is easy to apply and of course environmentally friendly.
Examples where Walkway can be applied:
- Stable aisles, flushing pits and tie-up areas
- Veterinary clinics
- Existing, freshly sanded or newly laid concrete floor.
The product is easy to apply. The idea is to be able to finish the treatment in a couple of hours, for example while the horses are in the paddock. The floor needs to have a minimum temperature of 10 °C during application.
1. Clean the substrate by sweeping, flushing or vacuuming. Surfaces to be coated shall be clean and dry at the time of application.
2. Use a pressure sprayer to spray the product over the floor, then spread the product evenly with a short-haired cleaning tool (micro-mop or similar), or a soft broom.
3. Drying time approximately 1-4 hours depending on the temperature and ventilation in the stable.
Material consumption: 0.1 liters/m². 5 liters are enough for about 50m².
