Prices in the Q Stable shop are inclusive of 25% VAT.

Payment

Q Stable shop offers Klarna as a payment solution. Klarna Checkout includes all of Klarna's payment options: Pay directly (card payments, bank transfer and Klarna Direct), Pay later (invoice) and Split (installment plan 6, 12, 24 and 36 months and flexible payments). Klarna manages everything that happens in the checkout and also continuously updates it with improvements and features to make it smooth for you as a customer.

Delivery by DHL

We deliver all products and accessories within Sweden in cooperation with DHL. Please note that, except for Gotland, we cannot deliver to addresses that require boat transport within Sweden. If the item you ordered is in stock, we will send it within 1-3 working days. We reserve ourselves for final sales. If the package is not picked up at the agent during the appointed time and is returned to us, this entails extra shipping costs that you as a customer must pay. Uncollected packages are charged with SEK 150.

Right of withdrawal/return

We always have a 30-day right of withdrawal in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. The product must be returned within 30 days
from the date you picked up your package from your retailer.

To send a package back to us, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must not be used
  • The product must be in its original condition, in its original packaging.
  • Labels must remain in place
  • The delivery note must be included in the package*.
  • We do not offer return labels and no free returns. Return shipping is paid for and administered by the customer. Return to the following address:

Until we have received the return, the customer is responsible for the package. Therefore, we recommend that you send the return to us with traceable shipping. You will always receive an email from us when we have processed your return. Return processing can take up to 10 working days. After that, it takes 2-5 working days for the refund to be transferred to the account used for the purchase.

If you paid shipping costs in connection with your original order, they will not be refunded when your return is registered and refunded.

Complaints

We sell all our products with a 1-year warranty and a 3-year right of complaint under the Consumer Purchase Act. The product warranty only covers original defects, i.e. defects that were present in the product upon delivery. Your order confirmation is the warranty certificate. Keep the document well, as it is required if you need to exercise your warranty rights. The complaint must be made within a reasonable time after discovery. However, no later than 2 months after you discover a fault. If you want to complain about a product, you must photograph and describe the defect and attach a copy of the order confirmation and send it by email to qstableshop@qloss.se. We will process the case and get back to you by email with a response. If the complaint is approved, we will cover all shipping costs.

We reserve the right to refuse claims where the fault is not a manufacturing defect.
